TARGETED INDIVIDUALS (ʏᴇs ʏᴏᴜ.)

Targeted Individuals, or "T.I.'s", are a group of people who definitely do NOT have schizophrenia, and believe they are being manipulated and monitored by a mysterious crew of "gang stalkers." Nobody is sure if it is the government, or the illuminati, or aliens behind it, but what they do know is the voices in their heads are not mental illness, but instead a technology called "Voice-To-Skull," or, bafflingly, "V2K." I guess K stands for Skull now... somehow. VICE did a documentary about these people that is funnier than any sitcom. Jesse interviews a woman named Andrea who knows for sure that a woman named Wanda Probe is ruining her life through gang stalking and V2K. Also she just happens to have Autism and schizophrenia.
